This SIG is open to all members of the Boca Raton Computer Society.
Members will actively participate in joint projects to develop high profit making methods. All methods will be thoroughly backtested. As new ideas come along the methods will be enhanced. Members will be using a variety of computerized mutual fund analysis and trading system programs.
The enormous power and speed now present in an average household computer is capable of using many Mechanical Programs currently available, that can perform the necessary research and Technical Analysis that formerly only Brokerages Houses and other large Institutions could afford.
There are now available, reasonably priced for the small or large investors, Investment Mechanical Programs that can furnish quantitative and technical analysis tools, for carefully developing Mutual funds (& stocks) investment strategies that are capable of achieving exceptional returns without assuming above average risks.
